Clear pricing, with no per-user cost.
One flat monthly fee per server. We don't charge per person, there's no annual contract, and you can cancel whenever you want.
Monthly prices in USD. Sales outside Mexico are not subject to Mexican VAT. Prepaid: you pay for the month in advance.
Managed Revit Server
We host and administer Autodesk's Revit Server for your firm. No server in the office, no per-user cost to collaborate, and no change to your Revit licences.
Cloud ERP
We host and administer ERPNext for your firm, configured around how architecture practices actually work. The server, the updates and the backups are ours to worry about.
Nextcloud Storage
We host and administer a dedicated Nextcloud instance for your practice. Your files, your permissions, your domain — and the server is ours to look after.

Billing questions
Do the prices include tax?
Peso prices are shown before VAT; at checkout you'll see the total with 16% added. Sales invoiced outside Mexico are not subject to Mexican VAT, so the dollar price is the final price.
How can I pay?
By card through PayPal, or by bank transfer if you prefer. For a transfer we create the order and send you the details; the server is activated once we confirm payment.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. We need your tax details at purchase, and your invoice arrives with the confirmation.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The service is prepaid monthly and you can stop renewing whenever you want, with no penalty. Many firms start with a single project to try it.
Can I change tier later?
Yes. If you've grown or over-bought, get in touch and we'll adjust it. And if you're not sure which tier fits, tell us how your team works and we'll review it with you before you pay.
What happens if I don't renew in time?
We send email reminders before the due date. If we don't receive payment, the server is suspended. Download your data before that date; if you didn't, write to us and we'll grant a grace period of up to 10 calendar days. Deletion happens from the tenth day onward. We keep the snapshot from the last active day for 30 days: if you come back within that window, we restore it exactly as you left it.
Can I pay in US dollars?
Yes. We invoice in pesos for customers in Mexico and in dollars for customers outside Mexico. The currency follows your fiscal residence, not the language you read the site in.
