These figures refer to people syncing at the same time, not your total headcount: a 30-person firm generates around 15 simultaneous syncs at its busiest hour. They are a performance recommendation, not a technical limit, and real results depend on your connection and the size of your models.

We need this to configure your server. If your team uses several, pick the main one and we'll adjust.

Included in every tier

  • Dedicated server, not shared with other firms
  • Configuration and setup
  • Continuous monitoring
  • Version history on every sync
  • Daily server snapshot, on independent infrastructure
  • Support from the people who administer your server
  • No per-user cost to collaborate

Not included

  • Revit licences — each user keeps their own. We do not sell or license Autodesk software.

Two layers of protection.

Version history

Every time someone synchronises, Revit Server saves a version of the model. Your BIM Manager can return to any of them at any time. If someone broke something on Tuesday, you go back to Tuesday morning's version without calling us.

On every sync · Self-service

Server snapshot

Each day we take a full snapshot of the server and store it on a server independent of yours. If your server failed completely, we restore it to the previous day's state within 4 hours of you telling us, during support hours and at no cost.

Daily · Separate infrastructure

The honest limit: the daily snapshot keeps a single restore point, because the newest overwrites the previous one. In a total server loss you could lose up to 24 hours of work, since the version history lives on the same server. The 4 hours are how long the restore takes; the 24 hours are the work that can be lost. They are not the same figure. If your firm needs several days of history, get in touch and we'll configure it.

What happens after you pay

  1. 01

    We confirm payment

You get your invoice and access to your customer portal.

  2. 02

    We configure the server

We stand it up, secure it, and set it up for your Revit version.

  3. 03

    We send the access details

Server address, administrator credentials, and the configuration file for your team.

  4. 04

    You install and start

One file per computer. We'll walk you through the first install if you want.

We provision Monday to Friday and weekends, 08:00 to 22:00 Monterrey time. During business hours your server is ready in about an hour; on weekends it can take up to four. If you buy overnight, we start at 08:00 the next day.

Cancellation and expiry

The service is prepaid monthly: you pay for the month in advance. We notify you before expiry. If we don't receive payment by the due date, the server is suspended. Download your data before suspension; if you didn't, you can request a grace period of up to 10 calendar days. The server and its contents are deleted from the tenth calendar day after suspension onward.

We keep the snapshot from the last active day for 30 days. If you come back within that window, we restore your server exactly as you left it.
