- 2012
- operating since
- 8
- years with our longest-standing client
- 35
- cumulative client-years
Our two longest-standing clients have been on the same infrastructure for 8 years, and nearly half our book has been with us 6 years or more. In infrastructure, that says more than any logo.
Three things your firm stops administering.
Each works on its own. Together, they're your firm's entire digital infrastructure with one provider.
Revit collaboration
Revit Server solves the first part. We solve the second.
- No per-user cost to collaborate
- No server and no administrator in the office
- A version on every sync, plus daily backups
Practice management
Projects, hours, purchasing and invoicing in one system instead of fourteen spreadsheets.
- Configured for architecture practices
- Invoicing and CFDI built in
- We help with the migration
Private storage
Your firm's files in your own cloud, with control over who sees what.
- Dedicated instance, not shared
- Desktop and mobile sync
- Permissions by project and by client
From signing up to working, the same day.

We hand it over running
We configure, secure and monitor the server. You get the access details and the configuration file for your team.
We provision Monday to Friday and weekends, 08:00 to 22:00 Monterrey time. During business hours your server is ready in about an hour; on weekends it can take up to four. If you buy overnight, we start at 08:00 the next day.
What you actually get, without the fine print.
Specific facts instead of generic promises. You can verify every point on this list.
- Dedicated server
- Your instance is yours — not shared with other firms. Your files, your configuration, your Revit version.
- A version on every sync
- Every time someone synchronises, a version of the model is recorded. Your BIM Manager can return to any of them without calling us.
- Backups on separate infrastructure
- A daily snapshot of the whole server, stored on a server independent of yours. If your server fails, the backup is unaffected.
- Immediate access control
- External collaborators are managed separately. When their involvement ends, access for all of them is revoked instantly while your in-house team keeps working.
- Support from whoever runs your server
- No tiered help desk. You talk to the people who administer your infrastructure.
- No lock-in
- Prepaid monthly. No annual contract, no cancellation penalty, no per-user fee to collaborate.
The honest limit: the daily snapshot keeps a single restore point — the newest overwrites the previous one. In a total server loss you could lose up to 24 hours of work, because the version history lives on the same server. We'd rather tell you here than afterwards.
What everyone asks before signing up.
Do I need to buy anything extra from Autodesk?
No. Revit Server is included with your Revit subscription and needs no separate licence or subscription. What you buy from us is the infrastructure and its administration: the server, the connectivity, the monitoring and the support.
Do my users still need their own Revit licence?
Yes, always. Revit Server is collaboration infrastructure, not a Revit licence, and it never replaces one. When we say “no per-user cost”, we mean we don't charge per person to use the server.
Is it alright for a third party to administer the server?
The server is yours, your licences are yours, and your agreement with Autodesk is yours — we are not a party to it. We operate the infrastructure on your behalf, like any IT provider, and we don't develop, resell or license Autodesk software.
How do backups work, and how far back can I go?
There are two layers. Every sync saves a version of the model, which your BIM Manager can return to at any time. On top of that we take a daily snapshot of the whole server on independent infrastructure, which keeps a single restore point: the newest overwrites the previous one.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
The service is prepaid monthly. If we don't receive payment by the due date, the server is suspended. Download your data before that date; if you didn't, write to us and we'll grant a grace period of up to 10 calendar days to retrieve it. Deletion happens from the tenth day onward. We keep the snapshot from the last active day for 30 days, so if you come back within that window we can restore it exactly as you left it.
How quickly is it ready?
During business hours, about an hour from payment confirmation. On weekends it can take up to four hours, and if you buy overnight we start at 08:00 the next day.
Can I start with a single project?
Yes. Many firms start with one project to see how it works for them. There's no forced contract and you can cancel whenever you want.
Is Revit Server a discontinued product?
No. Autodesk ships a new release every year, and we support 2020 through 2026.
