About
We've been running servers for architecture practices since 2012.
BIMXcloud exists because architecture practices need the same infrastructure as any technology company, without having an IT department to keep it standing.
We don't build the software we host. Revit Server is Autodesk's; Nextcloud and ERPNext are open-source projects. What we do is the part almost nobody wants: stand the server up, keep it patched, monitor it, back it up, and answer when something breaks.
We work from Monterrey and support the hours of this time zone: 08:00 to 22:00, every day of the week. When you write, you get someone who knows your server, not a tiered help desk.
The best proof we have isn't logos — it's how long people stay.

In infrastructure, staying power says more than size. A firm that trusts its central models to a provider and is still there eight years later has already answered the question that matters.
Why you won't see logos here
Our clients' discretion is worth more than our marketing.
We don't publish client names, logos, projects, or screenshots. Several have explicitly asked not to appear, and that strikes us as reason enough.
All documentation and imagery on this site comes from our own demonstration environment, with fictitious projects and data. We never use material from a real project, even with permission.
If we ever wanted to use your firm as a reference, we'd ask in writing and you could decline with no consequence. A promise with fine print wouldn't be worth publishing.
How it's actually built.
No phrases like “regulatory compliance”. If we can't name it, we don't claim it.
- One server per client
- Nobody shares your instance. Your files, your configuration and your software versions are yours, and another client's problem never becomes yours.
- Close to your team, on any continent
- We deploy in major cities on every continent and pick the region closest to your team, because with Revit what matters is latency, not how many pins appear on a map.
- Backups off your server
- The daily snapshot is stored on a server independent of yours, so a total failure of your instance doesn't take the copy with it. Version history lives on your server and is self-service.
- Who answers
- The same person who administers your server. We're available 08:00 to 22:00 Monterrey time, every day of the week. If we ever operate in another time zone, it will be with a team dedicated to it — not by stretching this one.

No forced contract. If you buy the wrong tier, we'll adjust it.
